Abstract:

Introduction: Today, the sustainability of families in rural areas in two Lifestyle and socio-economic Development spheres is the prominent importance and since the unsustainability of families in above two areas results in unsustainability of society in macro level, therefore, it is necessary to investigate the relationship between these two domains for the sustainability of rural families in order to provide the attention of policy makers and planners in order to achieve socio-economic sustainability and Lifestyle in villages. One of the shortcomings in the literature in this area is the lack of studies that examine the interaction and interrelationship between Lifestyle and sustainable Development; perhaps all previous studies have addressed the relationship between one-direction one of these and the interactions between these two have been neglected. The present study using integrated theory of Ronald Inglehart and Max Weber theories seek to examine the interactional relationship between the style of life and its components with sustainable socio-economic Development. Method: Survey research method was and statistical community in the present study supervisors’ rural families’ township take Bostanabad 18645 households in 1395 year. The number of 376 people on the basis of Cochran formula and cluster multistage and simple random sampling methods selected and have been surveyed. In this way, from nine districts in the county, three villages were randomly selected and each village was randomly assigned to a village. Finally, according to the population size of the selected villages, by proportional sampling method, the sample size of each villages were determined and randomly selected and surveyed. Findings: In general, the sustainability of rural households in terms of sustainable Development was more than average. The level of economic sustainability of rural families and attention to its indicators among families was more than average, but the social sustainability of rural families is not acceptable and is close to the average. Regarding the sustainability of the Lifestyle, the results showed that in sum of the patterns of consumption, values, systemicity, religiosity, social structure, economic structure and identity under the name of Lifestyle, the rate of sustainability of the Lifestyle among rural families were lower than the average. The most sustainability of rural families in Lifestyle was related to the two dimensions of religiosity and identity, the real mean of these two dimensions was higher than their assumed and expected mean. Also, based on analytical results, there is a positive and significant correlation between Lifestyle and socio-economic sustainability. Economic sustainability component of the sustainable Development of the highest rates of solidarity with the Lifestyle. In other words, if rural families increase their Lifestyle, religiosity, systemicity, identity, economic capital, social capital and consumption patterns in order to sustaining, as well as family sustainability in the dimensions of economic and social Development will be enhanced. On the other hand, when we find out the correlation between the dimensions of sustainable Lifestyle and the sustainable socio-economic Development of families, we find that the correlation between the economic Lifestyle and the socio-economic sustainability of the family are at a high level compared with other dimensions. In the context of sustainable social Development, Lifestyle in the dimension of consumption pattern has the highest correlation with the social sustainability of rural families, which shows that the consumption pattern of rural households in food, clothing and housing will be improved for sustainability, social sustainability will also be improved. Conversely, the non-sustainable orientation of consumption pattern at the household level will lead to greater social unsustainable. Discussion: Economic, technological and socio-political changes in the villages, especially since the Islamic Revolution, and as a consequence of the divergent and deviant modernity that has been characterized by the lag of social dimension of economic at the level of villages, culture and in the broader sense, the Lifestyle of rural society has changed in indicators such as identity, economy, social structure, and so on. If, from Bourdieu’ s angle, we look at these economic, technological and other changes, we must say that these Developmental changes and transformations and the resulting lived experiences of its (field) lead to the formation of subjective structures (habitus) in the villagers, which are different and sometimes contradictory to previous mental structures. These changes, as modernity carriers, change the habitus of individuals, and this habitual change in turn contributes to the production and reproduction of tastes in different areas of Lifestyle. In the opposite direction, this change in Lifestyle will change the sustainability of socio-economic Development in rural society. Also, although theoretical literature focuses solely on the one-to-one relationship between Lifestyle and sustainable Development, the results of this study exceed the theoretical horizon and by assuming the correlation between these two variables, has been done the empirical test of this correlation, which also implies it did. This results in a new theoretical and study horizons in the field of Lifestyle and Development studies.

Abstract:

Background: The infant-juvenile period is one of high vulnerability during the Lifestyles chosen become determining factors for future health status. This study aimed to evaluate Lifestyle, specifically eating habits and physical activity, in 5-15-year-olds in Spain and their health status (anthropometry). Methods: This cross-sectional population study with two time points (2006 and 2013) was conducted by compiling data from the Spanish National Health Survey. We used the minor survey, specifically the data from the Health Determinants module, which included 5-15-year-olds. Compiled information was obtained from parents or guardians. Results: The overall overweight and obesity prevalence in Spain (2013) in 5- to 15-year-olds is 24.3%. A drop of 8.2% in meat consumption was found, while overall intake was high. Daily intake of plant-based food (fruit, vegetables, pulses) was low, especially vegetables (32.9%). Increased sedentary Lifestyle was observed, probably because the use of communication technologies has increased in recent years (P<0.001). Moreover, watching TV rose to 19.3% for 1 hour/day watching TV on weekdays and to 23.5% at weekends. Conclusion: When comparing the two time points (2006 and 2013), we observed that Lifestyle, eating habits and physical activity strongly associated with the Spanish infant-juvenile population’s anthropometry. Mediterranean diet pat-terns seem to be abandoned and physical activity is practiced less, which will have a negative impact on future quality of life.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Over the past 50 years since the first research in the field of urban Development implementation plans, there has been a noticeable absence of a comprehensive literature review on this topic in the global arena. This article provides a textual analysis related to the subject of urban Development implementation plans, to identify important and recurring themes alongside analyzing the relationships between authors, journals, and countries in this field. Along with the bibliographic analysis, documents related to the field of urban Development implementation plans were reviewed to identify influential indicators in their implementation. To this end, 456 scientific articles were extracted from the Scopus scientific database as of October 28th, 2022, and analyzed using scientometric software. These analyses include examining author keywords, country co-authorships, journal bibliographic coupling, and author co-citations. In this study, 74 final indicators were identified as the most recurrent indicators in this field. The bibliographic analysis also produced several noteworthy results. The United States is the most active country in this field, with a link strength of 40 and 176 articles. Berke, P. is the most influential author in this field, with a link strength of 1623 and 99 citations. Among the journals examined, "Land Use Policy" has the highest bibliographic coupling strength of 84, and the "Journal of the American Planning Association" has the highest number of documents related to this field, with 22 documents; finally, among the identified. Extended Abstract Introduction The implementation of urban Development projects has been a neglected topic in public policy research, despite its critical importance in ensuring the success of such projects. While there have been numerous studies on the factors that contribute to the success or failure of policy implementation, there has been a lack of systematic reviews on the subject of implementation as a whole. This study aims to address this gap in knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the implementation process of urban Development projects. This study aims to address this gap in knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the implementation process of urban Development projects. The study begins by collecting and categorizing existing research in the field, focusing on three main questions: -What are the key indicators for successful implementation? -What are urban journals and articles' current trends and performance? -How do countries and researchers collaborate in this area? The study also examines the relationships between authors, publishers, and different types of documents through bibliographic analysis. Ultimately, this study highlights the need for further research and a more structured approach to understanding the implementation process of urban Development projects.   Methodology This study examined the literature related to implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning. The authors used the Scopus database to extract and collect data, focusing on combining the keywords "implementation-plan" and "evaluation-plan" in the keywords, abstracts, and titles. Initially, 621 studies were extracted, but 456 articles were selected as the final database after filtering out non-article documents. The authors observed a general upward trend for studies from 1968 to 2022, with a significant increase in the slope of the trend from 2007. However, a slight decrease in studies was observed in 2021 and 2022, possibly due to the global pandemic and the emergence of new related topics. The authors used a four-stage process to analyze the bibliographic subject of the study, including simultaneous occurrence analysis, co-authorship analysis, bibliographic coupling analysis, co-citation analysis, content analysis, and thematic analysis. The authors identified the selected articles' research objectives, methodologies, findings, and main themes and sub-themes. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the literature on implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning.   Results and discussion This research aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation and execution of urban Development plans using bibliometrics and systematic analysis. The study considers evaluation as a crucial part of the implementation process and seeks to answer three fundamental questions. Firstly, it identifies effective indicators of implementation and execution globally. Secondly, it examines the trends and performances of new articles and urban journals. Thirdly, it investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study identifies 74 general indicators that significantly impact the implementation process of urban plans. The results show that "performance evaluation," "effectiveness," "land use," "zonation," "participation," "program quality," and "implementation program" are critical indicators in this area. The study also highlights the importance of evaluation in the discussion of program implementation and its separability from the implementation process. Using the scientometric software VOSviewer, the study analyzed 68 keywords related to the bibliographic topic. "Program evaluation" obtained the first place, followed by "Program implementation" and "Program quality." The co-authorship analysis based on author items revealed that Berke, P. has the highest number of citations and link strength. Additionally, the study found that 72 countries have research in this field, with 22 countries having at least 5 citations that were clustered into 5 clusters by the software. The "land use policy" journal had the highest link strength, and the "Journal of the American planning association" had the highest number of documents related to this field. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers interested in urban Development planning. It comprehensively examines the implementation and execution of urban Development plans, identifies effective indicators, and investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study highlights the importance of evaluation in the implementation process and its separability from the implementation process.   Conclusion The main goal of this research was to fill the gap in research on the implementation and execution of urban Development projects in the field, as no systematic review of the topic has been conducted from a global perspective since the first research in this field about half a century ago. Only in some studies, such as those by Talen (1996), Oliveira & Pinho (2010), Rudolf & Grădinaru (2017), has the evaluation of implementation been systematically reviewed, or the systematic review of experiences in a specific urban area, such as the review of various experiences in the Beijing urban area (Chu, 2020). In this research, with the comprehensive approach that the evaluation of implementation is an integral part of the overall process of implementing and executing urban Development projects, this process has been examined from the perspective of bibliometrics and systematic analysis of this field. The main difference of this research, which makes it completely new, is firstly having a comprehensive approach to the implementation field, where program evaluation is only an important part of its structure, and secondly, using the scientometric software VOSviewer for the first time in this field. In essence, the conclusive outcomes of this investigation were entirely novel and exhibited some partial congruences with antecedent studies in the domain of appraising and discerning indicators. Significantly, this research has conferred a systematic appraisal of the literature concerning the urban implementation and execution of projects, which is an unprecedented contribution. It should be acknowledged that this is an initial survey of data intended to offer a comprehensive outlook on this scholarly field, and thus it is subject to certain limitations, such as its confinement to the Scopus database. As such, it is recommended that future research endeavors encompass an analysis of additional databases and undertake comparative evaluations of the results. Abstract:

The expansion and complexity of today’s human society has made the existence of mass media in the sphere of social interactions, an inevitable issue. The image we create in our own minds is a symbol of our recognition of observable facts of life. The aim of this study is to explain the changes of Lifestyle in the process of modern technologies’ Development. Theoretical frameworks of Toffler, Simmel, Bourdieu and Giddens are used. The results show that using modern modes of technology such as tools of information and communication technologies lead to the emergence of a particular Lifestyle and create a different value system. Therefore people would act differently and follow different patterns in spending leisure time, marriage style, religious behaviors and fashionism.

Abstract:

The increasing importance of sustainable Development at the city level indicates the important position of current cities and the need to pay attention to their dynamics and changes in the sustainable Development of countries. Therefore, today, in the Development of cities, the principle of sustainability is increasingly being considered. Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs is essential. Therefore, the role of individual values, attitudes, and behaviors that are important in shaping Lifestyles is analyzed in effective Development and in being influenced by sustainable Development. The present study seeks to investigate the indicators of sustainable Development of the city with Lifestyle, which is a survey research method and a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The statistical population of the study was the citizens of Tabriz city, who were selected using the Cochran formula with a sample size of 400 people using cluster sampling method. To test the research hypotheses, t-test, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, path analysis and structural model were used. The findings showed that the urban sustainable Development index is effective on the amount and type of Lifestyle, that is, the amount is r=0. 28. Also, the dimensions of urban sustainable Development indicators (economic, social and cultural, environmental) are related to the amount of Lifestyle, which are r=0. 79, r=0. 54, r=0. 68, and r=0. 50, respectively, meaning that with the increase and decrease of one, the other also changes. Also, the regression analysis of the urban sustainable Development indicators variable on Lifestyle is significant, meaning that the urban sustainable Development indicators variable has the ability to predict Lifestyle.

Abstract:

Due to the constant changes in Lifestyle, experts in various fields are always looking for the impact of this change on related fields of application. One of the major influences that policymakers and urban planners face is the reflection of the new urban Lifestyle on people's preferences and components of housing Development. At the same time, considering the characteristics of an Islamic society and the need for a solution to objectify the beliefs in the physical appearance of cities, it seems that a close relationship and inevitable effects resulting from Lifestyle changes on the pattern of housing Development, especially "Islamic housing", happen, which is considered as a central concern in this article. Thus, the present study aimed to investigate the impact of Lifestyle changes on the components of Islamic housing Development by descriptive-analytical and applied methods, using library studies and random sampling, among 106 people and by completing questionnaire. The researcher-made questionnaire had 20 main items and its reliability had been proven with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 796. According to the findings, out of the eight components of developing a new urban Lifestyle effective in the Development of Islamic housing, including: Individual independence, crowdfunding and business, behavioral and cultural transformation, way of life, upbringing, values, means of living and fashions and advertising, the first three components, respectively, have the maximum representation in the Development of urban housing and in fact guide the preferences of Respondents. Today's housing is considered as a capital and complex commodity that is mixed with the themes of profit, capital, density, benefit, diversity, etc., and today's resident is a human being who, according to his financial ability and based on his preferences, tries to optimize housing selection. In this process of housing selection, contemporary man has to change some of his desires or by changing the traditional housing and its effective dimensions, to provide maximum adaptation to housing (interaction of money, capital, preferences, tastes, customs, values and. . . ). The complexity of the issue of how to develop housing increases when Lifestyle also affects the preferences and priorities of individuals. So the diversity of people and individuals occurs in the Development of contemporary housing. The tension and contradiction between traditional and modern values, during this complexity and entanglement, is another aspect of the issue that shows a new perspective which can be a guarantee for the realization of this content in the Development of modern housing in the content of Islamic thought and by applying Islamic values. Although more applied research will be needed in this area, it seems that the Islamic content of housing Development has been neglected in favor of its material content and individual interests. However, the pattern of housing Development can be a companion for human beings on the path of Development and perfection by knowing Islamic values and being influenced by the new urban Lifestyle. Knowing the impact of people's preferences on the pattern of housing Development and acknowledging the impact of preferences on the new Lifestyle, it seems that these preferences should be identified and included in housing Development planning. Thus, it is evident that today's housing conflicts with the Islamic thought that governs society which can be effective at the level of urban housing policy and planning.
